At adepsi, everything we build is designed with our users in mind, and we’re excited to announce that our newest features have been developed in direct response to customer requests.
These new releases are designed to support everything from compliance-heavy retention policies in public safety to the fast-paced operational demands of growing businesses.
Each update will make call data management easier, safer, and more efficient. Within this blog post we’re covering everything new.
Litigation hold
When a call recording becomes part of a legal process or needs to be preserved beyond your standard retention policy, litigation hold allows you to lock it in place.
Calls marked for litigation will not be deleted by automated rules or manual action until they are intentionally released.
This is particularly valuable for public safety organisations, financial institutions, or any business subject to legal or regulatory audits. It helps ensure key records remain protected without disrupting standard processes.
Automated transcription
We’ve added automated transcription, allowing you to convert call audio into searchable text. This makes it easier to review, analyse and share information, especially in high-volume or multilingual environments.
Whether you’re conducting audits, managing quality assurance or training new team members, transcription improves accessibility and supports faster, more informed decision-making.
Enhanced redaction
When sensitive information is shared on a call, redaction tools give you full control over what’s retained and what’s removed. You can now redact specific words, phrases or entire sections of a recording based on your compliance needs.
This is particularly useful for teams handling sensitive calls, payment information or personal data, where protecting customer privacy is essential.
Status indicators
We’ve introduced visual status indicators to give users a quick overview of each call’s processing status. In your call log, you can now immediately see whether a call has been transcribed, redacted or marked for litigation hold.
This small but powerful update streamlines workflows and makes it easier to prioritise and manage large volumes of recordings without opening each file individually.
Dark mode
Last but certainly not least, dark mode is now available. This was one of our most requested features, and we’re pleased to offer an alternative interface that’s easier on the eyes, especially for those working in low-light environments or spending extended time in the platform.
Dark mode can help reduce eye strain, improve focus by minimising screen glare, and offer a more comfortable experience overall. It’s a small change that can make a big difference to daily workflows, without affecting functionality or performance.
Looking ahead
These updates are only the start, we’re continuing to evolve the adepsi platform. We pride ourselves on the fact that adepsi is built to be flexible, and we’ll always develop solutions that others overlook.
We don’t wait for roadmaps or extended rollouts. When a customer presents a unique challenge, we build a solution that works.
If you’re already an adepsi user, you’ll see these updates reflected in your account soon, if there’s anything else you’d like to see don’t hesitate to contact us.
